We require a $100 deposit for each CABIN that is reserved. If the amount due is less than $100 than the full amount
will be charged on the credit card at the time the reservation is made.
The details of the reservation are below, as well as any charges and/or deposits to your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary.

Cabin Rentals:
The credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance due on the morning of the arrival date.
Therefore the cabin will be paid in full when the customer arrives.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Hickory Shores requires a 30 day notice prior to arrival for cancellation. As long as a cabin is cancelled with a 30 day notice, the deposit will be refunded. If a cabin is cancelled without a 30 day notice the $100 deposit that has been paid will NOT be refunded. If a cabin has not been cancelled, and the customer does not show up for the reservation, the credit card that is on file will be charged the balance due.
NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
